                    中国医科大学2021年全国博士研究生招生考试初试及在学博士研究生参加全国医学博士外语统一考试将于2021年3月13日-14日举行。为了确保考试工作平稳顺利进行、保障广大考生和考务人员的健康与安全，并根据疫情防控相关要求，特发布相关通知。一、考试时间、地点及准考证下载（一）考试时间3月13日上午8:30-11:30 外国语3月13日下午14:00-17:00 专业基础课3月14日上午8:30-10:30 小语种加试英语（二）考试地点中国医科大学沈北校区（三）准考证下载请考生于3月6日-13日期间登录中国医科大学研究生院网站查看通知，届时于所公布的网址下载并打印准考证。二、考前准备（一）个人健康监测。做好考前14天自我健康监测。注意：请下载并填写好《考前14天体温测量登记表》（见附件），打印签字后于3月13日上午第一场考试入场时提交给监考教师。监测期间体温超过37.3℃以及出现身体异常情况的，要及时报告学校招生管理部门，凡隐瞒或谎报本人健康状态的考生，将根据有关规定进行处理。（二）考生从考试日前14天开始至考试结束，不得旅居境外或国内非低风险地区。凡筛查发现考生考前14天内有境外或非低风险地区活动轨迹的，需根据专业评估综合研判处理。考生不得隐瞒本人健康状况和旅居行程，对于刻意隐瞒病情或者不如实报告发热史、旅行史和接触史的考生，以及在考试疫情防控中拒不配合的人员，造成疫情传播或其他严重后果的，将承担相应法律责任。（三）考生应及时关注辽宁省、沈阳市的疫情防控要求，并确保自己符合相关防疫政策和要求。三、考试当天（一）进入考点。考试当天7:00起学校东门将开启考生入校通道，服从现场工作人员安排进行体温测量后，持准考证、有效身份证进行身份核实，通过体温检测和身份核验后，持“辽事通健康通行码”绿码（省外考生可持当地健康通行码）、“国务院疫情防控行程卡”绿码方可入校。检测不通过，不得进入校园。外校车辆不得进入校园，考生可乘摆渡车前往考场所在楼宇，不要在其他区域活动或逗留，以免错过入场时间。（二）进入考场楼宇。考试当天请根据考场指引，听从安保人员指挥，准备好准考证、有效身份证进入考试封闭区域、于公共教学楼C座两侧入口排队等候进入考场。考试当天上午7:40开始、下午13:10开始考生可于公共教学楼C座两侧入口进入考试楼宇，考生须经体温检测和身份证件人脸比对，合格后方可进入考试楼宇。注意：严禁将手机、电子手表、照相、扫描等电子设备带入考场，C座两侧入口外均设有手机存放柜，方便考生使用。因入场排队和检验需一定时间，请考生按时入场。3月13日上午外国语考试在开考后迟到考生不可进入考场，3月13日下午专业基础课考试及3月14日上午小语种加试英语考试在开考15分钟后，考生不得进入考场。（三）等候进入考场。考生进入考试楼宇后请将考试无关用品放置于考场外物品存放处，仅持准考证、有效身份证和准考证上列明的文具于考场门外排队等候入场，排队过程中请保持间距。（四）进入考场。考试当天8:00、13:30考生开始进入考场。考生配合监考老师完成身份核实和安检后，提交《考前14天体温测量登记表》，签到并根据考场座位图就座，将准考证、有效身份证放在座位左上角，文具放在座位右上角备查。注意：考生入座时务必检查座位贴上信息与本人是否相符。（五）考试过程中。考生按照考场指令完成考试，开考信号发出前和考试结束信号发出后不准答题。考生在考试过程中须服从工作人员的疫情检查和管理，如考试过程中有发热、咳嗽等呼吸道症状者，应主动报告监考教师，听从安排。（六）考试结束后。考生须按监考教师指令有序离场，不得拥挤，保持人与人之间间隔大于1米，不得在考场内滞留，不得使用考场楼宇内卫生间，可从公共教学楼C座两侧入口出楼，出楼后尽快离开考场封闭区域。当天考试结束后，沈北校区外考生一律从北门离校，不再安排摆渡车。四、其他事项（一）请考生注意保暖，随时关注天气变化，因需在室外等候入场，注意穿好御寒衣物。（二）提早做好路线规划，合理规划时间，尽量在7:40、13:10前到达考场楼宇外，以免影响考试。（三）赴考时提前准备好口罩（一次性使用医用口罩或医用外科口罩）、手套、手消毒剂等防护物资，但考生不得因佩戴口罩影响入场身份识别。如考生乘坐出租车或网约车赴考点，提前预约车辆，乘坐时在后排落座并全程佩戴口罩，下车后应及时做好手卫生。如考生乘坐公共交通工具赴考，全程佩戴口罩，可佩戴一次性手套，并做好手卫生。途中尽量避免用手接触其他物品，与周围乘客尽可能保持安全距离。
