关于做好北京物资学院2018年9月全国计算机等级考试（NCRE）报名工作的通知

全国计算机等级考试（NationalComputer Rank Examination，简称NCRE），是经教育部批准，由教育部考试中心主办，面向社会，用于考查应试人员计算机应用知识与技能的全国性计算机水平考试体系。
现将我校2018年9月全国计算机等级考试（物院考点）有关事项通知如下。
一、报名条件
考生不受年龄、职业、民族、种族和受教育程度等限制，均可根据自身学习情况和实际能力选考相应的级别和科目，但不得在不同省（直辖市、自治区）重复报名。
二、报名时间和办法
网上报名考点：请务必选择“北京物资学院”。
网上报名时间：2018年6月11日12时至6月20日24时。
报名办法：考生须登陆北京市全国计算机等级考试网上报名系统网站（以下简称报名网站，网址：http://ncre.bjeea.cn）,进入报名系统完成用户注册、信息填报、选择考点、选择报考科目、上传照片、网上交费等报名程序。考生可选择北京物资学院考点的3个科目，但不允许重复报考同一个科目。
报名前请准备好电子版照片。电子照片要求为近期正面免冠、脸部清晰、包括双耳的完全头部标准证件彩色照片，像素为432*576（宽*高），文件大小在20KB至200KB之间，文件格式为jpg格式（后缀名为.jpg或.JPG）。
考生报名前须认真阅读报名网站首页公布的《考生须知》。

地点：北京物资学院人文楼二层211室，教务处对外考试办。
三、报名考务费
根据《北京市物价局、北京市财政局关于计算机等级考试报名考务费收费标准的函》京价（收）字[1999]第007号，报名考务费为每科目75元。
四、考试方式和日期
NCRE采用无纸化上机考试。考试时间为2018年9月15日至16日，共两天。考生具体考试时间和考场地点，由本考点的考务系统编排考场时随机确定，请考生以《准考证》为准，不得更改。考前10天考生可登录报名网站查看、打印准考证。请务必携带准考证和身份证两证原件参加考试。
五、考试科目相关事宜
本次考试物院考点开考一级、二级、三级共计16个科目（详见《全国计算机等级考试证书体系（2018版）》）。NCRE考试实行百分制计分，以等第分数通知考生成绩。等第分数分为“不及格”、“及格”、“优秀”三等。NCRE所有级别证书均无时效限制。
六、成绩查询
考生可于考后30个工作日前后登陆报名网站进行成绩预查询，考后45个工作日前后登陆报名网站[领取证书时间]栏目查询领取证书相关事宜（考生须在规定时间内凭本人身份证件到考点领取合格证书）。具体查询时间请关注报名网站首页公告。最终成绩和证书信息以教育部考试中心综合查询网(http://chaxun.neea.edu.cn)公布的信息为准。
七、证书领取事宜
2018年3月全国计算机等级考试物院考点成绩合格的考生（成绩见附件1），请于2018年6月6日至8日三天（上午8:00-11：30，下午14:00-17:00）集中领取证书。如不能按时领取，请于每周三下午14:00至16:30（国家法定节假日、寒暑假除外）领取，地点：北京物资学院人文楼二层211室。
